UPS's Facebook team cannot even handle the simplest of customer service issues

I saw this on the UPS Facebook site and laugh my ass off in regards to how UPS tried to bullshit their way out of the situation. As you can see UPS does not do a good job in regards to Customer Service and responding to customer complaints. Nor does UPS do a good job in trying to come up with solutions for their customers just read the message chain for a good laugh.

I always wonder if this woman got her sofa but probably not because UPS is full of shit and is only capable of terrible customer service and faulty deliveries. I hope that this woman contacted customer service and was able to solve this situation and be done with UPS.
