I am posting this for a friend who knows about the University, and generally Concordia gets employees who are invested in the institution to write great reviews on job sites to make the University seem like the greatest place to work at. I feel sorry for parents who are legitimately sending their kids here for a Christian education, and the institution is treating their employees like they are Christian church during/from the Inquisition! Since my buddy turned me on to this shit show I have been researching how shitty they are towards their employees. There are still some employees who have drunk the Kool-Aid and write great reviews on job sites to make Concordia University seem like the greatest place to work at they say all this negative shit then give it four of five stars.
